### 1. Get the transcript

Export the transcript from your video platform or a transcription tool.

### 2. Draft one post per channel

Ask for a post for each channel in that channel's format and length, quoting the strongest line from the video.

### 3. Edit and schedule (human checkpoint)

Edit each draft in your own voice before you schedule it.
